As winter leaves, the sleeping beauty awakes. Still a little chilly, she hesitates her appearance but adopts very quickly the plant cycle. She does not wait for the summer to revisit her world. Already the lanes come to life, the craft shops and regional stores raise their blinds, the spring sun throws its light across the terraces where one takes pleasure in thinking of beautiful days.

The Wednesday and Saturday markets are evidence of the awakening of this land. The first strawberries appear on the fruit stalls and amongst the first spring products of the small local producers; the first pickings of fresh asparagus, white and green, also figure amongst the produces most bought…. These country days are organised every year during Pentecost weekend, consecrating the effervescence of nature.
